Welcome to Kung Fu Money ("we," "our," or "the App"), accessible at kungfumoney.app. By accessing or using Kung Fu Money, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Kung Fu Money is a personal finance management application that allows users to:

Record incomes, expenses, and transfers between accounts

To use Kung Fu Money, you must create an account using Google authentication. By creating an account, you represent that:

All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

3.3 Account Termination

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Use the App to store or transmit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property rights in Kung Fu Money, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and user interface design, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Kung Fu Money for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of the financial data and information you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and process this data solely to provide the App's services to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party authentication services (Google) and market data providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

8. Future Premium Features

We may offer premium subscription features in the future. When available:

Premium features will be subject to separate pricing and payment terms
Subscription terms will be clearly communicated before purchase
Payment processing will be handled through secure third-party payment processors

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 No Financial Advice

Kung Fu Money is a financial tracking tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any decisions you make based on information in the App are your sole responsibility. You should consult with qualified professionals for financial advice.

9.2 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate market data (currency rates), we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data. You should verify important information independently.

9.3 "As Is" Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the App
Unauthorized access to your account or data
Errors, bugs, or interruptions in the App
Third-party data inaccuracies

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Modifications to the App and Terms

10.1 App Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

10.2 Terms Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with a new "Last Updated" date. You may delete your account and associated data at any time via the app functionality. Upon deletion:

Your account will be permanently removed

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

13.3 Jurisdiction

For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kung Fu Money regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
